Richard Harris

President

Richard Harris founded Noble in 2012 after a successful corporate career that included serving in CEO, CFO, and Global VP roles for multinational companies and private equity groups (United Plastics Group, Guilford Mills, Tenneco Automotive, and Allied Signal). He has an MBA from University of Southern California/Marshall School of Business and has working fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and French.

“Something I learned in my corporate career that holds true in construction is that having smart, skilled people – in complex and variable work environments – greatly enables hitting budget and completion targets with accuracy.”

Sixto Triana

Strategy and Risk Analysis

Sixto Triana oversees all strategic functions, including risk management, financial analyses, human resources, project management, and business development. He comes from 25 years of experience in the insurance industry in Columbia, where held director-level roles in financial and operations functions. He studied at Universidad Santo Tomas and Politecnico Grancolombiano University to earn a bachelor’s degree in business.

“I am proud to be part of this company, where teamwork and open communication – both among colleagues and with clients – are fundamental values. The company’s financial strength provides the confidence to successfully deliver each project, ensuring the highest quality standards and meeting client expectations.”

Simon Press

Director, Estimating

With 25 years in residential remodeling and another 13 years in commercial construction – including nine years in estimating – Simon Press brings a wealth of knowledge to NMB projects. His hands-on experience with the tools and materials in carpentry (rough and finishing), painting, ceilings, and flooring inform his skills at costing jobs with estimates that hit the mark. Complementing this is his talent on the people side of the business, both with clients and our own employees and subcontractors.

“We strive for detailed, accurate cost estimates because that leads to jobs coming in on budget, with the fewest number of change orders or other surprises.”

Victor Perez

Manager, Estimating & Pricing

Victor Perez brings hands-on construction experience combined with a strong focus on project planning and coordination. At Noble Modern Builders, he supports preconstruction, estimating, scope development, and field coordination, aligning budgets, subcontractors, and execution before each project begins. His operational knowledge enables him to connect real jobsite conditions with accurate estimating and strategic planning, contributing to projects that are more efficient, organized, and successful.

“Preparation and clear thinking turn complex construction into controlled results.”

Robert Svcila

Manager, Facilities Division

Before becoming project manager in NMB’s Chicagoland operations, Robert Svcila worked in manufacturing (Caterpillar), as a long-haul truck driver, as a ready-mix concrete plant manager, and some winters clearing snow off Illinois highways. Today, he manages multiple projects in the region and is on-call 24/7 to manage emergency repairs for retail clients. He’s particularly adept at keeping all lines of communications open to achieve expeditious project completion and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

“I particularly enjoy the relief our customers show when we step in. They automatically feel at ease knowing we will resolve whatever problem they are experiencing. And their excitement about new projects grows when they see we’re focused on building exactly what they have in mind.”

Luis Montoya

Manager, Midwest Operations

Luis Montoya has 15 years’ experience as a carpenter and carpenter supervisor, building in industrial, military, retail-commercial, and urban high-rise environments. In addition to being a TWIC card holder, he is OSHA 30 certified and trained to work in chemical and other high-risk environments. Montoya is fluent in English and Spanish and works primarily in NMB’s Chicago and Midwest region projects.

“Working safely and providing quality work I feel are the most important things. We want to make sure our job sites and procedures for work are kept safe to make our projects successful.”

Bob O’Donnell

Director, Florida Operations

With a quarter century of experience across the breadth of carpentry applications – residential and commercial construction, cabinetry, siding, soffit facia, roofing, custom work, metal framing – Bob O’Donnell is NMB’s lead foreman and director of operations for the state of Florida. He is OSHA and first aid certified.

“I love what I do and take pride in our work. We give each job everything we have.”

Madelaine Torredemert

Manager, Accounting

Prior to joining Noble Modern Builders, Madelaine Toerredemert served in accounting comptroller assistant roles in food, interior design, law firm, accounting firm, and automotive retail businesses. She is bilingual (English and Spanish) and holds an associate’s and bachelor’s degrees from Miami Dade Community College.

“Accounting is the art of turning chaos into clarity and confusion into financial wisdom.”
