We trace our beginnings to providing highly skilled, exceptionally competent carpentry for both rough and finished work (both interiors and exteriors). Importantly, because many of our clients are in the retail sector we are accustomed to working around active business environments as well as at night, when businesses are closed.

When acting as or on behalf of the GC, we source and manage electrical, plumbing, and mechanical subcontractors.

President Richard Harris as well as most of the management team have working fluency in Spanish and English. This broadens our ability to attract skilled, reliable tradespeople.

As a former corporate CEO and CFO, Richard Harris brings an important degree of business acumen to construction management.

In combination with hands-on supervisory experience his business education (MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California) ensures sophisticated financial oversight, detailed project management, and “best practices” talent recruitment and retention. These are critical factors that determine project success and profitability.
